The Opportunity

You’ll join one of three critical product streams:

• AI Analytics – Define the foundation of our AI analytics experience — how users create reports with AI, consume data in smarter ways, and turn insights into action.
• IAM & Permissions (Security / Authentication) – Design how users authenticate, manage permissions, view audit logs, and trust the system. You’ll shape how identity, access, and security flows come to life.
• Integrations & APIs – Design the connective tissue of our platform: how customers extend Factorial through APIs, integrate third-party tools, and explore the marketplace.
  
  

Across all streams, you’ll use AI not just as a tool, but as a creative and intelligent partner — helping to simplify workflows, surface insights, and create more adaptive, intuitive experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Work hand in hand with your trio to design end-to-end experiences for complex technical domains.
• Translate intricate systems into intuitive, human-centered flows.
• Design with AI at the core — from personalization and automation to intelligent decision support.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for scalability and consistency.
• Champion simplicity, clarity, and empathy at every stage of the design process.
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates clarity, depth, and craft in solving complex problems.
• A strong systems thinker — comfortable mapping flows, dependencies, and information architecture.
• Curious about how AI reshapes product design and user experience.
• A clear communicator and thoughtful collaborator.
• Energized by ambiguity and driven to bring structure and clarity to it.
