We're Hiring: Technical Support Engineers (ICT, Systems, AV)

FinesseTech is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Support Engineers who can work across ICT, Cloud, AV, and enterprise applications.

If you enjoy solving real-world technical problems, deploying and supporting smart digital building solutions, and supporting enterprise clients — this role is for you.

What You'll Work On

• Deploy & support digital building solutions (Digital Signage, Visitor Management, Workspace & Kiosk Systems)
• Install & manage Windows Servers, IIS, certificates, AD, SSO
• Troubleshoot networks (VLANs, ports, routing, firewalls)
• Administer Microsoft 365 & Azure (Exchange Online, Entra ID, CA policies, VMs)
• Work closely with client IT security teams to support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing compliance.
• Work with SQL databases (queries, logs, backup/restore)
• On‑site deployments, system commissioning & client coordination
• Create clean documentation, SOPs & troubleshooting guides

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in ICT/System/Technical Support
• Strong skills in Windows Servers, IIS, networking & SQL
• Experience with Azure environment
• Excellent network setup, security and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to install, configure & troubleshoot enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong documentation discipline

Nice to Have

• PADS4 or equivalent Digital Signage software implementation experience
• Kiosk or access control system support
• PowerShell or automation basics
• Knowledge of AV systems (non‑audio specialist)
• Valid UAE driving license
