About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Net Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team at Apexon. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust customer software solutions that meet high standards of performance, functionality, and availability. Your expertise in both backend and frontend development will be essential in creating seamless, scalable, and efficient applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support peers, and contribute to technical standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex issues, implementing solutions, and iterating based on feedback. Your role will also involve researching emerging technologies and providing technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that align with client needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in .NET programming, with a strong portfolio of full-stack development projects.
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with React JS for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, .NET Core, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with MSSQL and NoSQL databases, including designing and optimizing database schemas.
• Knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with web design patterns like MVC and REST API development.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including automated deployment and continuous integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within diverse teams.

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces utilizing React JS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases to support application requirements.
• Implement and support microservices-based architectures, leveraging containerization tools like Docker for deployment.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure their security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Monitor application performance, conduct tuning, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
