Mobile eCommerce Product Manager

About the Role
As our Mobile eCommerce Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our digital journeys. You’ll identify opportunities across our website, drive new product ideas through insight and experimentation, and own initiatives end‑to‑end from discovery and delivery to in‑life optimisation.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional squads, ensuring we deliver high‑quality digital experiences that meet customer needs and support our commercial goals. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, lead innovation, and be part of a team focused on delivering real commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Discovery
- Analyse user behaviour and site performance to uncover opportunities.
- Use data from multiple channels to understand customer journeys and identify improvements.
- Conduct competitor reviews and market research to define what “great” looks like.
Product Strategy
- Shape and contribute to the eCommerce product roadmap.
- Prioritise opportunities based on value, effort, KPIs and OKRs.
- Build clear product requirements, user stories and delivery plans.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to secure buy‑in.
Product Development
- Collaborate with design, development and commercial teams to bring products and features to life.
- Ensure intuitive, visually compelling user experiences.
- Lead usability testing and drive data‑led enhancements.
- Manage timelines, resources and cross‑team coordination.
Continuous Improvement
- Optimise digital propositions and manage enhancement pipelines.
- Evaluate released features and define next steps for iteration.
- Work with third‑party partners to maximise capability and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in eCommerce Product Management, owning digital features end‑to‑end.
- Strong understanding of agile squads, Scrum and product delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience across the digital product lifecycle.
- Commercially and technically astute able to speak the language of both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Curious, analytical mindset with the drive to challenge conventional thinking.
Key Stakeholders
You’ll work closely with teams across Digital Trading, Commercial, UX, Design, Copy, CIO / Development squads, Planning, Propositions and Marketing.
