About SRC Ecosystem

SRC Ecosystem is an institutional-grade tokenized trade finance infrastructure, enabling exporters and global trade participants to access liquidity through on-chain, compliant, and structured trade finance.

We work at the intersection of:
Trade finance & private credit
Tokenized RWAs
Institutional blockchain infrastructure

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Capital Officer (CCO) to lead institutional capital strategy, including lender onboarding for trade finance and strategic fundraising for the SRC platform.

This is a partner-level, revenue-driving executive role, designed for a senior professional with deep relationships across private credit, trade finance, funds, family offices, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional & Trade Finance Capital
Source, onboard, and activate capital from:
Private lenders
Trade finance and credit funds
Family offices
Alternative lenders
Banks and institutional investors
Lead senior-level discussions with capital decision-makers.
Ensure consistent liquidity to finance tokenized trade finance opportunities on SRC.
Convert onboarded lenders into repeat, active capital providers.

Capital Structuring & Deployment
Match institutional capital with:
Tokenized trade finance deals
Risk/return profiles
Tenor and collateral structures.
Collaborate with internal credit, risk, and trade assessment teams.
Support structured capital deployment (single deals, pools, repeat allocations).

Strategic Fundraising (Seed & Strategic Investors)
Support SRC’s seed and public token offerings, with a focus on:
High-ticket strategic investors
Institutional and family office allocations.
Leverage existing lender and institutional relationships to introduce aligned investors.
Represent SRC in senior-level investor discussions alongside the executive team.
This role focuses on relationship-driven fundraising, not retail marketing.

Revenue Ownership & Growth
Own lender-side revenue growth and capital inflows (TVL).
Contribute directly to SRC’s net revenue through capital onboarding and activation.
Optimize capital efficiency, pricing, and deployment structures.

Institutional Positioning
Act as the institutional face of SRC for capital partners.
Represent the platform in investor meetings, partnerships, and industry events.
Help position SRC as a trusted, institutional-grade trade finance infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior background in one or more of the following:
Trade finance
Private credit / structured finance
Institutional fundraising
Banking or alternative lending
Strong network across funds, lenders, family offices, or banks.
Comfortable operating at C-level / partner level.
Experience with digital assets, tokenization, or fintech is a strong plus (not mandatory).
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with performance-based upside.

Why Join SRC
Executive ownership and long-term alignment
Exposure to one of the fastest-growing institutional sectors: tokenized RWAs & trade finance
Ability to build and scale a global institutional capital base
First-mover advantage in an emerging financial infrastructure layer
