☁️ Senior SAP Basis Engineer – RISE & Cloud Landscape

We are supporting a complex SAP landscape operating within a SAP RISE environment, combining Private Cloud (PCE), SAP BTP and legacy SAP systems.

This is a senior hands-on SAP Basis role focused on stability, lifecycle management and cloud governance across hybrid landscapes.

🎯 The Role

You will operate as a senior SAP Basis engineer within a transversal technical services team, ensuring the integrity and performance of both modern and legacy SAP environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Support SAP RISE (PCE) environments and cloud-based SAP landscapes
• Manage collaboration between SAP, hyperscalers and implementation partners
• Ensure stability across SAP S/4HANA, HANA and hybrid systems
• Oversee upgrades, patches and lifecycle management
• Support legacy SAP ECC, CRM and Solution Manager landscapes
• Coordinate offshore SAP Basis teams and manage escalations
• Document procedures and ensure structured handover to operations

✅ Required Experience

• 7+ years SAP Basis experience (min. 4 years S/4HANA)
• Strong hands-on SAP HANA (installation, tuning, upgrades)
• SAP S/4HANA (on-premise & PCE)
• SAP ECC & SAP CRM
• SAP BTP (connectivity, integrations, administration)
• SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, monitoring, ITSM) and/or SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience within SAP RISE environments (PCE + BTP)
• Upgrade & patch management in hybrid/cloud landscapes
• Collaboration with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Experience coordinating offshore Basis teams
• Strong documentation discipline (English documentation)
