Remote Senior Product Solutions Owner

In this key role, you will enable customers to achieve crucial cybersecurity outcomes while accelerating compliance with Authorizations to Operate (ATO) obligations. You will collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders, translating complex needs into actionable product requirements. This position is perfect for a seasoned cybersecurity practitioner who is passionate about utilizing innovative technology to simplify compliance processes at scale. Accountabilities

• Own the DoW product strategy and execution roadmap.
• Ensure the platform aligns with compliance management under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Define requirements for Impact Level (IL4/IL5/IL6) deployment readiness.
• Champion role-based access control and compliance processes.
• Inform risk scoring capabilities aligned with DoW models.
• Structure innovative solutions into the platform with customer input.
• Synthesize customer feedback for data-informed product decisions.
• Develop public customer references and case studies.
• Translate customer and mission needs into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams.
• Lead the integration of automation and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events as a trusted expert.
• Partner with various teams to ensure customer value realization.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.
• Deep expertise in DoW RMF workflows and NIST standards.
• Strong understanding of DoW Control Tailoring.
• Hands-on experience with eMASS.
• Familiarity with DoW technical assessments and compliance standards.
• Understanding of DoW Impact Levels and FedRAMP+ requirements.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable processes.
• Experience scaling compliance programs in large portfolios.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholder levels.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
