We are seeking an experienced ISIS-Papyrus Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade, document-driven solutions using the ISIS-Papyrus platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with a solid understanding of document output management, workflow orchestration, and system integration in complex enterprise environments.

🔧 Your Role

You will work on the full lifecycle of our client output management system, from requirement analysis and solution design to development, integration, testing, and production support. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, operations teams, and software vendors to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ISIS-Papyrus solutions
• Design and develop dynamic document templates using Papyrus Designer
• Implement automated workflows using Papyrus Business Designer
• Configure business rules, lifecycle states, error handling, and document delivery
• Integrate document output processes with CRM, ERP, DMS, and archive systems
• Optimize multi-channel output (print, email, digital archive)
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Support production environments, monitor system performance, and resolve incidents
• Handle version upgrades and platform lifecycle management
• Perform error analysis and coordinate with the vendor when required
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (blueprints, interfaces, security concepts, operational manuals, user guides)
• Support 2nd-level user support teams when necessary

🛠 Scope of Work

• Development and maintenance of complex document templates (multi-language, dynamic layouts, tables, XML/JSON data mapping)
• Workflow orchestration for document generation and delivery
• Integration with enterprise systems and REST interfaces
• Light system administration on RedHat Linux (services, logs, SSL, permissions, Bash scripting, scheduled jobs)
• Monitoring setup and alerting to ensure high availability
• Automation and optimization of production tasks
• Knowledge transfer and deployment handover to operations teams

🎯 Required Experience & Skills

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with ISIS-Papyrus: Papyrus Designer (traditional), Business Designer workflows, PQL scripting, PDF-IN, REST interfaces
• Papyrus certifications (e.g., Papyrus Designer, Business Designer, PQL, Output Management) are highly desirable
• Experience with release upgrades of ISIS-Papyrus (advantage)
• Linux (RedHat) knowledge; scripting is a plus
• Conceptual knowledge of Oracle Database
• (PL)SQL and workload automation tools (e.g. AWA) are a plus
• Experience with system integration and solution design
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Nexus, Octopus, Harbor) is an advantage
• Ticketing tools knowledge (HP Service Manager, JIRA) is a plus
