We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator – 9‑Month FTC to join the local market team, based in our Barcelona office. You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with internal departments at a local level to support store recruitment and general employee relations.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys making a real impact through high-quality HR support. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role supporting our Barcelona stores across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment. From screening CVs and interviewing candidates to managing end-to-end hiring processes, you will work closely with store teams and HR colleagues to attract great talent.

Beyond recruitment, you will support core HR operations including absences, contracts, terminations, time and attendance, and reporting, always looking for smarter ways to improve processes and enhance both the employee and candidate experience. This is a hybrid role, with two days working from home and three days based in our central Barcelona office.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Full ownership of end-to-end high-volume recruitment: gathering hiring plans from stores, screening and interviewing candidates, managing selection processes, and partnering closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring delivery
  • Coordinating and organising the HR onboarding process for new starters, including store staff
  • Participating in projects focused on enhancing the candidate experience and employer branding
  • Coordinating and following up with stores on terminations, renewals, settlements, and exit interviews
  • Managing, together with stores, all leave of absence processes, including sickness, holidays, work permits, reduced hours, and unpaid leave
  • Coordinating and closely following up on time and attendance in stores and the SSC
  • Ensuring consistency in the application and follow-up of all internal policies and procedures
  • Continuously striving to improve processes and tools to support the business in the most effective and flexible way


Skills, Experience And Attributes

  • Proven experience delivering high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload in line with business and recruitment needs
  • Customer-centric, flexible, and professional, with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Experience working within a multinational or global organisation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
