Lead Python Engineer

Hands-on technical leadership role focused on building scalable Python-based backend and data solutions for enterprise environments. You’ll combine architecture ownership with active development and team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design & build Python backend services and data-processing systems
• Lead architectural decisions for scalable, reliable platforms
• Develop and optimize data models, SQL queries, and pipelines
• Ensure high code quality (testing, CI/CD, monitoring)
• Mentor and guide a team of Python engineers
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional Python development experience
• Strong background in data engineering (batch/streaming workloads)
• Solid SQL and data modeling expertise
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Databricks)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• Strong communication skills in English
