As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition team by leading recruitment strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful placement of top talent. • Utilize various platforms and networks to source active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate with human resource teams to streamline the onboarding process.
• Manage recruitment projects and timelines efficiently to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Proven success in placing candidates across different industries and functions.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills are essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
