We Have Two Exciting Roles Available

• Position 1: Working as part of the Staff Engagement Systems Team – using technology stacks such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Position 2: Working as part of the Attraction and Conversion Systems Team – using technology stacks such as Adobe Marketing Automation, Microsoft Power Platform and Sugar CRM.

Position Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:

• An IT degree with subsequent relevant work experience (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Sound knowledge of relational database management, enterprise application systems, and Agile development practices, including integration methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and Teams).
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with CRM, Service Management, and Marketing Automation systems.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Git Flow, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting, GenAI development, and the Boomi integration platform.
• Experience delivering system user training.
