This position focuses on owning and scaling the engineering function, leading a distributed team across APAC. There are currently around 7 engineers in region, with scope to grow and evolve into smaller squads over time.

We're looking for a Head of Engineering who stays 40-50% hands on, shaping architecture, guiding delivery, and embedding AI driven development practices across the team.

A strong belief that modern engineering leaders must understand AI workflows, agents, and productivity tooling to earn genuine technical buy in and meaningfully increase output.
