About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of B2B Sales Estonia – Domestic Sales to lead and execute our domestic B2B sales strategy in Estonia. This is a key leadership role responsible for achieving country-level sales targets, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening our market position.

You are a strategic commercial thinker who sees the bigger picture, translates strategy into action, and leads with clarity and confidence. In times of change or challenge, you are able to rally your team, create focus, and maintain momentum.

You’ll lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build strong client relationships, and ensure accurate forecasting and disciplined execution. Working closely with the Head of Domestic Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play an important role in driving both local success and cross-Baltic collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and adapt the domestic B2B sales strategy to the Estonian market
  • Translate national targets into clear action plans and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth objectives
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the domestic sales team, especially during periods of change or commercial pressure
  • Set clear KPIs, ensure accountability, and foster a performance-driven culture
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term value and retention
  • Lead negotiations and contract renewals when required
  • Identify new business opportunities as well as upselling and cross-selling potential
  • Ensure high-quality forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate across functions and countries to align on priorities and share best practices

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term results
  • Experience leading teams through change, uncertainty, or challenging business environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A resilient, decisive, and motivating leadership style
  • Fluency in Estonian and strong English skills
