Data Scientist (Helsinki)

Elisa Data & AI department is responsible for the development of large-scale analytics to various Elisa’s business needs.

We are looking for Data Scientist to join our team!

About The Role

Your main projects would be designing and implementing AI/ML solutions related to Elisa’s AI Development team focus areas. This requires skills in networking and communication with key stakeholders, and solid technical hands-on experience with AI models and cloud environments.

What We Expect From You

• Scientific background (master’s degree or PhD) and experience in using Python and SQL to solve complex analytical tasks
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building production grade machine learning models and analytical solutions, and interest in data engineering.
• Experience in working with LLMs and GenAI
• Experience of working in cloud environments, preferably in Google Cloud Platform
• A desire to take responsibility for the progress of projects and get things done
• A self-driven transparent and agile mindset and the ability to inspire others through your own actions and attitude
• Good interactive skills and fluent proficiency in English (and Finnish is a plus).
