Compliance Risk Manager

If you want to:

Engage in daily risk operations, including screening counterparties and clearing sanctions and adverse media alerts;
Be involved in the vendor risk management process;
Ensure our employees and partners comply with internal policies;
Conduct investigations on counterparties and assist with ad hoc requests to support the execution of our risk management strategy;
Managing compliance-related initiatives

And you can check off:

A proven track record of working with AML, sanctions, or other compliance programs;
Experience in screening third parties for sanctions and adverse media, and clearing alerts;
Experience with vendor risk management;
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. And a can-do attitude with a readiness to adapt to an ever-changing environment;
A strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English

Bonus points if you:

Have knowledge of the KYC/KYB process;
Have knowledge of Lexis Nexis
