What Will You Do

Lead and manage multiple projects across teams, ensuring they align with strategic goals
Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project performance
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless coordination
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks
Develop and implement processes to enhance project efficiency and accountability
Support team development through mentorship and clear goal-setting

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

4+ years experience, managerial capacity, project leading experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with affiliate marketing or digital media industries is a plus but not required

GROSS SALARY

3810-4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
