Organization and Department Description:

This organization was founded about 10 years ago by three partners. The owners previously worked together as architects at the same company, where they were responsible for the entire front-end development. This led them to start their own business. They specialize in project development for various organizations and develop, among other things, progressive web apps, web applications, mobile apps, and software applications.

With a team of 14 employees in total, there is an informal working atmosphere where everyone has a passion for the craft. The company culture is characterized by a flat structure, with open communication and collaboration at its core.

Role Information:

For the core team, we are looking for a back-end developer (medior/senior) who is energized by building scalable, high-traffic systems and improving existing architectures.

You will not only be coding but will also actively think about how systems can be designed to be smarter, more secure, and future-proof. You will work in a technically strong team where quality, curiosity, and innovation are central.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable API architectures

• Build and maintain Node.js/TypeScript back-end services

• Orchestrate containerized workloads within Kubernetes

• Optimize and manage PostgreSQL databases

• Implement security best practices

• Deploy, monitor, and improve services within Google Cloud Platform

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technology choices

You will work on multiple client projects, often in modern and experimental environments where new technologies are rapidly adopted.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a back-end developer

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Curious about new technologies

• Salary up to €6,000 gross per month based on 40 hours
