Your mission will be…

• Designing, developing, and optimizing AI solutions using cutting-edge models and techniques across different domains, tackling problems related to predictive analytics, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and automation.
• Translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Building and productionizing AI/ML pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Deploying and prompt-engineering large language models (LLMs) using Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for domain-specific use cases.
• Leveraging cloud platforms to support scalable development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Collaborating with backend engineers and cloud architects to deliver AI-first systems.
• Monitoring and continuously improving model performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments
• Ensuring all solutions meet enterprise-grade standards for reliability, traceability, and maintainability.
  
  

We are looking for...

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and implementation in a consulting or corporate environment.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI methods (e.g., LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, embeddings, agent systems) as well as classical machine learning.
• Experience with cloud-based ML services such as Azure ML Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, AWS SageMaker, or AWS Bedrock.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI pipelines and multi-step agent architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
