Recognised engineering company with global presence is looking for an HR Specialist to join the People team based in the south of Madrid. You will be part of a global People & Culture team with presence in 50 countries worldwide. Key responsabilities
- Coordinate HR processes such as performance management, training and development, compensation
- Define job descriptions and hiring calendars
- Support in rewards matters
- Talent management: talent review, coaching and mentoring
- Recruitment process: from talent attraction to onboarding
- Employer branding actions
- Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, diversity and inclusioo
- Manage annual working time, presence monitoring system, reports
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related topics
- Support implementation of HR policies and programs from global to local perspective
Requirements
At least 4 years working in global industries. Knowledge of manufacturing sector is a plus
English: Fluent
HR Tools: SuccessFactors
Ability to share insights about the spanish market (Employee Relations, Rewards or Talent Trends)
Availability to travel local and international level
