Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial IT
Experience in regulated environments
Strong understanding of data governance, digital banking, or cybersecurity frameworks
Ability to work within international teams
Professional proficiency in English

Cloud certifications
Agile / SAFe exposure
Security or data-related certifications
