Summary: We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on innovative mobile solutions ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards.

Work model: fully remote

Budget: 40-42 euro/hour

Project start date: ASAP/ one month notice

Project Length: 12 months

Project language: English

Workload: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop native iOS applications using Swift and iOS frameworks.
  • Implement secure data handling and privacy controls.
  • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Ensure compliance with App Store guidelines and submission requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior developers as needed.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience with iOS development (Swift, Objective-C).
  • Experience working in heavily regulated environments (e.g., GxP quality guidelines).
  • Extensive knowledge of iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, Core Animation).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Proficiency with Xcode and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong work ethics and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of GDPR requirements and implementation.
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy by design principles.
  • Experience with secure data storage and encryption on iOS.
  • Understanding of user consent management.
  • Experience with privacy impact assessments (PIA, DPIA).
  • Knowledge of Apple's App Privacy requirements.
