UI/UX Designer (App/Web)

About the Company

Mobiversite is a fast-growing tech company building mobile apps and web apps that reach millions of users globally. We're looking for a proactive UI/UX Designer with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver UI/UX elements that clearly convey product functionality and ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience.
• Create innovative, visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps and websites, aligning with product requirements and platform guidelines.
• Produce prototypes, user flows, concepts, layouts, and mock-ups
• Conduct competitive research on user flows, monetization methods, design trends, and guidelines to optimize designs for conversion.
• Support new feature designs by ensuring usability, discoverability, and adoption, achieving feature adoption & usability rates.
• Design and execute A/B tests for app store assets (logos, screenshots, icons), measure performance, and optimize based on CVR improvements.
• Apply editorial design touches (images, videos) to improve in-app conversion rates.
• Stay updated on market trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies, and proactively integrate them into design processes.
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the impact of design decisions and apply insights to future iterations.

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines will also be considered.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Extensive knowledge of Web, Android, iOS design guidelines and best practices.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma required; Adobe Creative Cloud Applications such as Photoshop & Illustrator, Principle or similar tools are a plus).
• Experience producing both low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and scalable UI components.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and applying data-driven design decisions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior, feature adoption, and conversion metrics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and curious team player with a passion for learning and feedback.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills is a must (please ensure your portfolio is included in your CV).
• Proficiency in English is essential.
