What you will do

• Independently manage and execute all aspects of marketing
• Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, community platforms, and growth campaigns
• Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns in line with the region’s growth direction
• Ensure all external-facing content—visuals, messaging, and storytelling—meets a high-quality standard
• Analyze campaign performance and user insights to iterate on marketing strategies
• Stay informed about local trends, competitor activities, and cultural insights to inform content and campaign decisions

What you will need

• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital growth and content execution
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative eye for visuals and brand consistency
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver under pressure
• Solid understanding of the crypto or fintech space (preferred)
• Experience in designing or directing visual assets is a strong plus
