Product Designer (1 Month Project)

Lenador Systems is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead the design of complex, high-visibility digital products, including mobile applications, event and exhibition experiences, kiosks, backend systems, and admin panels.

This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual creativity with deep product and systems thinking, and who has experience designing for real-world environments such as exhibitions, events, or large public deployments.

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for:
• Mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Event and exhibition experiences
• Interactive kiosks and screens
• Web platforms, dashboards, and admin panels
• Design cohesive user journeys across multiple touchpoints (visitor, operator, admin)
• Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions

• Ability to work under extremely tight deadlines, especially in live event and exhibition environments
• Comfortable operating in high-pressure situations where requirements evolve quickly
• Capable of producing high-quality design output at speed without compromising usability or clarity
• Able to handle multiple parallel design streams with shifting priorities
• Willing to work long hours, evenings, and weekends when required to meet critical milestones
• Calm, focused, and solution-oriented during last-minute changes and live deployments

• Design for high-traffic, time-sensitive environments (events, exhibitions, public spaces)
• Optimize UX for:
• Short user attention spans
• Clear onboarding and flow
• Accessibility and usability in physical environments
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams during live deployments

• Design scalable UI systems and component libraries
• Ensure consistency across frontend, backend, and admin interfaces
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and correctly implemented
• Anticipate edge cases, error states, and operational workflows

• Own visual direction and UX quality across assigned products
• Balance creativity with usability, performance, and clarity
• Review and validate designs before handoff or release
• Continuously refine designs based on feedback and real-world usage

• Strong product and systems thinker (not just screen-by-screen design)
• Highly attentive to detail and quality
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
