Brief Overview:

A leading retail group in the GCC is hiring a Technical Project Manager to own and deliver a critical Order Management System (OMS) transformation as part of a wider digital transformation. The role will be central to replacing an OMS system which has already begun. This role itself will sit between Brand, Technical & Core Product Teams therefore clear communication & stakeholder management would be key.

Technical Product Manager – Requirements:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Experience within Salesforce would be critical for this role.
• Online & offline experience is critical in this role
• Previous experience of working within large retailers is a MUST.
• Preparing journeys, analysing, UAT testing & stakeholder management experience must be exceptional.
• Dubai based
• English speaking is a must.
