We’re looking for a senior Head/Director level Product & Experience Leader to operate at an executive level, shaping product strategy, aligning stakeholders, and delivering scalable, customer-centric digital products with measurable commercial impact.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute product strategy aligned to growth and business objectives
• Lead international product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
• Drive customer experience excellence through research, UX optimisation, and experimentation
• Deliver measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue
• Launch and scale new product verticals and monetisation models
• Establish modern product operating models and delivery frameworks
• Lead and mentor high-performing product, design, and engineering teams
• Align C-suite, investors, and senior stakeholders around product vision

What We’re Looking For

• Senior leadership experience (Head / Lead / Senior level) in Product Management
• Proven track record delivering growth and transformation in complex organisations
• Experience across sectors such as retail, marketplaces, automotive, government, or tech
• Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision making
• International product or market experience
