We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Campaign Manger to join our Global Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with global digital campaign execution. This role will help shape and scale our Customer digital marketing Marketing capabilities.
You will work cross-functionally with global and local marketing teams and media agencies to bring clarity to campaign performance, optimize investment, and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
Project Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Strategic Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our global digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing brand campaigns for international brands.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing campaign experience, preferably with a major international company or agency working with global brands
- Experience managing multi-country/global campaigns
- Proven expertise in paid media management (Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, Programmatic)
- Strong background in creating brand and content experiences
- Advanced knowledge of digital personalization, A/B testing, and lead management
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms (e.g., SFDC & Marketing Cloud)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in KPI setting, measurement, and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Campaign Development:
- Conceptualize and implement omni-channel digital marketing campaigns focusing on grower data acquisition, engagement, and sales conversion
- Design sophisticated campaign journeys across B2B and B2C sectors
- Align digital strategies with local marketing teams and global initiatives
2. Content and Brand Experience:
- Collaborate with the global digital content team to develop and roll out local content strategies
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
- Create compelling campaign briefs and manage end-to-end delivery processes
3. Paid Media and Performance Optimization:
- Strategically allocate and optimize paid media budgets
- Implement and manage A/B testing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive digital marketing dashboards
- Set, measure, and optimize campaign KPIs to maximize ROI
4. Cross-functional Leadership:
- Drive digital marketing capability building across local and global teams
- Manage relationships with external agencies, IT, and marketing teams
- Champion data-driven decision-making and innovative digital approaches
5. Scaling and Process Improvement:
- Standardize and automate marketing processes
- Lead the implementation of marketing automation systems
- Facilitate the organization's transition from traditional to digital marketing approaches
