Your Role

• Contribute to the capacity of a Scrum Master/data business analyst to Data projects Act as an agile coach, implementing and supporting agile principles, practices and rules of the scrum process and other rules that the team has agreed upon.
• Knowledge of different frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP etc. Build a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics and performance. Escalate any risks/impediments that could hinder the team in achieving its objectives. Drive tactical, consistent team-level improvement as part of the scrum
• Work closely with Product owner to get the priority by business value, work is aligned with objectives and drive the health of product backlog. Select tools, framework, and methodologies for team-level activities. Facilitate the scrum ceremonies and analyze the sprint report, burn down charts to identify the areas of improvement
• Participate in business requirements / functional specification definition, scope management, data analysis and design, in collaboration with both business stakeholders and IT teams. Document detailed business requirements, develop solution design and specifications
  
  

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Proven working experience as a Scrum Master with overall experience of min 5 to 10+ years. Experience with data lifecycle: ingestion, modelling, BI/reporting, analytics/ML experiments Preferably, person should have domain knowledge on CPRD/ FS/ MALS/ Utilities/ TMT. Comprehensive & strong experience of SCRUM and other framework implementation like Kanban, Scaled agile framework etc. as well as SDLC methodologies
• Independently able to work with Product Management team and prepare Functional Analysis, User Stories. Experience in technical writing skills to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Non-functional Requirement document, User Manual &Use Cases Specifications
• Experience in Azure DevOps/JIRA/Confluence or equivalent system and workflow management tools. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and coaching skills. Good to have knowledge of database languages such as SQL and ETL frameworks; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel; and data visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView
• Understanding of data governance, privacy/compliance, and quality management practices. Success Metric for the team including analysis of Sprint reports, Sprint predictability: % of committed completed; stable velocity, Data quality: % of checks passing; defect leakage (prod vs. pre-prod). Quarterly Agile Maturity Assessment analysis and presentation of the data for the team, understanding the gap and improvise team performance.
