Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize the product roadmap and release cadence for B2B2C SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Product Delivery Leadership: Lead the product delivery process from ideation through development, testing, and release, ensuring efficient and timely execution.

User Engagement: Connect with users to identify pain points, gather feedback, and develop user stories that reflect their needs and expectations.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders to define the product roadmap, manage risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the product lifecycle.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to inform product decisions, monitor key metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize product performance.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and ensuring all team members are aligned with the product vision.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role within SaaS environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Experience in product operations, stakeholder management, feature prioritization, and data analysis.

Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.Communication

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the product vision and requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

English: C1

Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous value delivery, with prior experience in customer success or support roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Certification as a Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) or in agile methodologies.

Remote Work Experience: Experience working and leading teams in remote work environments.
