We’re working with an exciting SaaS company in Gent who use their platform to aid organisations with more efficient results.

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building the intelligent systems at the heart of the product. Collaborating closely with data scientists and software engineers, you’ll drive the advancement of the company’s machine learning capabilities and help bring new AI-powered features to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models that power the company’s SaaS platform.
• Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from research and training to deployment and production monitoring.
• Partner closely with engineering to transform business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Apply state-of-the-art NLP and Generative AI techniques to enhance user engagement features.
• Support the creation of robust data pipelines, model APIs, and MLOps processes to ensure smooth delivery and scalability.

Your Profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong experience in NLP, large language models (LLMs), or applied AI initiatives.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of data engineering, API development, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• A keen interest in AI-driven SaaS products is highly advantageous.
