In-App Growth Manager

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Own and develop the mobile banking app as a monetization and conversion channel, improving product discovery and digital sales journeys.
• Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs and bottlenecks, and translate insights into scalable improvements that increase revenue.
• Run structured experiments on formats, flows, triggers and prioritization, and maintain a data-driven testing roadmap.
• Improve visibility and performance of product placements (tiles, banners, widgets, shortcuts) based on user context and business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Engineering and Analytics teams to implement measurable enhancements.
  
  
  

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
• At least 4 years of experience in growth management, product growth, conversion optimization, monetization, or CRM performance with funnel ownership.
• Experience working with mobile apps or complex digital customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience running experiments (A/B testing) and interpreting results to drive decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance metrics and user behavior data.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and translate business goals into product improvements.
