Role Overview
The COO will take full ownership of the company’s operational framework, ensuring efficiency, compliance, scalability, and execution alignment with strategic objectives.
This role requires a structured, business-oriented leader who understands how regulated financial institutions operate and can translate board-level strategy into operational reality.
The COO will report directly to the Board and act as the central execution driver across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee all operational activities of the company.
- Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end operational processes.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Ensure operational compliance within a regulated credit environment.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance monitoring systems across departments.
- Lead and align department heads to ensure accountability and execution discipline.
- Prepare structured board-level reporting and provide operational transparency.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior operational leadership role within a credit institution, lending company, or regulated financial organisation.
- Strong understanding of lending lifecycle, underwriting, servicing, and operational risk.
- Experience working directly with Board members or executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to scale processes and build structured operational frameworks.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Highly structured and strategic thinker.
- Strong execution mindset with clear ownership.
- Confident communicator at board and executive level.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing complexity.
- Business-driven, analytical, and decisive.
