Role Overview

This role is focused on driving operational excellence and ensuring disciplined execution across business functions. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, support regulatory and audit processes, and act as a strategic execution partner to the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive operational and cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead projects related to audits, regulatory compliance, product launches, and internal process improvements.
• Coordinate internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Tech, Operations) and external partners.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as a strategic execution partner to the board and senior leadership.
• Improve operational workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Support initiatives that involve communication with international partners and stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in fintech, financial services, or IT.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments (lending, credit, or payments is an advantage).
• Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, or regulatory projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution independently.
• Fluency in English and Latvian (the role involves communication with international clients).
