Currently, we are looking for a talented and driven Principal Front-End Tech Lead to define and lead the front-end technical direction across our brands while staying deeply involved in hands-on implementation (50%).

This role combines architectural ownership, engineering leadership, and high-impact execution. 🚀

Here’s what your journey could look like:

• Define and own front-end architecture and standards across teams
• Lead scalable, high-performance, and accessible UI system design;
• Architect reusable component systems across multiple brands;
• Drive performance optimisation and technical debt reduction initiatives;
• Align front-end strategy with business and product goals;
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering quality;
• Stay hands-on — building critical features and reviewing key implementations.
  
  

What we’ll count on you for:

• 8+ years in front-end development;
• Proven experience in technical leadership or principal-level role;
• Strong architectural and systems thinking skills;
• Deep knowledge of performance, accessibility, and scalable UI systems;
• Advanced JavaScript expertise (Alpine.js / jQuery);
• Strong CSS architecture experience (Tailwind, SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap);
• Experience with Laravel / Blade templates;
• Strong understanding of modern tooling (Vite, Git workflows);
• Ability to balance technical excellence with measurable business impact.
