Scrum Master

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our teams in Apeldoorn!

The Position

As Scrum Master, you will guide a multidisciplinary technical team in delivering a scalable, secure, and future-proof DevOps platform. Your focus will be on:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and DevOps principles
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate dependencies with other teams and departments
• Track and communicate delivery progress and metrics
• Promote a culture of collaboration, quality, and engineering excellence

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical or DevOps-driven environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with platform teams or engineering enablement initiatives
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in large, complex organizations
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Scrum certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) is preferred.
