Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to development, testing, and release.
- Code Excellence: Write, debug, and maintain high-quality code, ensuring the reliability of software through automated testing.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to turn high-level requirements into impactful product enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that boost team efficiency and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
- Production Support: Oversee large-scale production applications, ensuring stability, and contribute to deployment, infrastructure design, and maintenance.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in Java programming.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and development of RESTful APIs.
- Skilled in writing unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform to build infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services and knowledge of monitoring/logging tools.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
