We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

About This Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master who will act as a collaborative coordinator and servant leader for an Agile delivery team within Transformation & Delivery. This role ensures effective delivery of digital solutions for network monitoring and operational excellence. The individual will guide cross-functional teams in adopting Agile values, enhance delivery processes, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement across projects aligned with Vodafone Network Operations (VNO).

What You Will Do

• Coordinate project delivery using Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
• Guide teams in understanding priorities, defining delivery timelines, and aligning work with capacity
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and obstacles to support continuous delivery
• Prepare and maintain delivery plans, Kanban boards, reports, and progress updates
• Support teams in adopting Agile principles and improving their ways of working
• Foster productive collaboration within cross-functional teams across multiple locations and cultures
• Engage with stakeholders and customers, providing regular updates on project scope and progress
• Contribute actively to the Agile community by sharing best practices and supporting organisational transformation
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Professional experience in IT or Telecom, ideally with exposure to operational environments
• Background as a Scrum Master within software development teams (3 years is considered an advantage)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience in Agile DevOps environments and cross-functional team collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and time‑management skills
• Ability to work inclusively with diverse teams and sustain collaborative relationships
• Comfortable working in fast-paced settings while managing multiple priorities
• Advanced English language proficiency
• Certification in Agile/SAFe (PO/PM, SM, RTE) is preferred; experience in IT/Telecom is mandatory
