About the company

This is a well-funded, early-stage tech startup building serious software at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and security.

The product sits directly in the critical path of enterprise systems, securing access to databases, Kubernetes clusters, and sensitive infrastructure in a way that is auditable, compliant, and scalable. It is already used by banks and fast-growing tech companies in the US and Asia.

The team is now building a new generation of AI-driven products from scratch, using modern, cloud-native technology. Small team, high trust, and very product-driven. Engineers are close to decisions, close to customers, and close to impact.

What you’ll be working on

• Building core product features across backend systems, infrastructure, and AI workflows
• Taking features from idea and design through to production and iteration
• Working on software that must be secure, reliable, and scalable by design
• Making technical decisions and improving architecture as the product evolves
• Collaborating closely with product and leadership, without layers or handoffs

This is a hands-on role where you see the full system and understand how everything fits together.
