About The Team

BytePlus is a business unit in ByteDance and provides intelligent services powered by industry-leading technologies. BytePlus helps enterprise customers build what's next for their business. Leveraging Bytedance's cutting-edge technologies, we are devoted to developing innovative products and solutions to shape the future. You can help us to achieve our mission.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for the server R&D and solution design of the BytePlus website and toB growth platform, and undertake key technical issues;
  • In-depth understanding of platform business, technology-driven, participate in technical planning, reasonable selection, and promote implementation;
  • Optimize backend system performance, promptly respond to and resolve online emergencies, and ensure service stability.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, 3 years or more of back-end development work experience;
  • Proficient in at least one programming language and framework (such as Golang/C++/Java, etc.), and have strong system architecture capabilities;
  • Familiar with distributed system principles, microservice framework, master an RPC framework, and understand its implementation principles;
  • Familiar with common network protocols TCP/IP, HTTP protocols, and familiar with middleware such as MySQL, Redis, kafka, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI LLM development or large-scale system development
  • Have good teamwork skills, initiative and motivation
