Your role

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer at Atlas Copco, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support to service partners, dealers, and end users. Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide advanced remote technical support via phone, email, and chat to field service engineers and distributors, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to installation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance across the complete product portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate communication and dissemination of technical documents such as work instructions, technical bulletins, and user manuals to the field service team.
  • Attend training sessions at our Belgium training centers, thoroughly analyze the knowledge gained from Service Experts, and ensure accurate transfer of this information to the technical support team and operations team.
  • Keep the operations team informed of progress and resolutions for ongoing incidents.
  • Deliver training sessions to end users, customers, and technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Experts and R&D teams to identify recurring product issues and contribute to product improvements.
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites to provide on-site expert technical support.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical/Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in industrial equipment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad if required.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Based in Izmir.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High customer orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities.
