Product Designer

NXS Tech is currently supporting a well-funded, product-focused business in the UAE that is scaling its digital platforms and investing heavily in user experience.

They are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can think strategically, design beautifully, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship meaningful digital experiences.

This is not a “make it look nice” role - it’s a product-impact role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end UX/UI design across web and mobile products
• Running user research, journey mapping & usability testing
• Creating wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes (Figma)
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Partnering closely with Product, Engineering & Growth teams
• Using analytics and user data to continuously improve experiences
• Contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–6+ years in UX/UI or Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking + polished UI execution
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, design systems)
• Experience working in agile, fast-moving product environments
• Understanding of accessibility & responsive design principles
• Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or digital platforms preferred
• Exposure to AI-powered products or data-driven UX is a strong advantage
