Senior Software Engineer Team Lead(Golang)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop stable, high-performance, and scalable backend services using Go (Golang), supporting business operations across Singapore and overseas markets to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.
2. Continuously improve code quality through unit testing, automated testing, and code reviews. Establish reasonable code governance standards to ensure high-quality development delivery.
3. Optimize and refactor existing systems by identifying system bottlenecks, proposing practical optimization solutions, and implementing them to effectively support rapid business iteration and growth.
4. Deeply analyze business requirements, derive functional use cases, and transform business needs into efficient and feasible technical solutions based on the team’s technical capabilities.
5. Take on technical management responsibilities, overseeing team development work, allocating tasks effectively, controlling project timelines, resolving technical issues during development, and improving overall team productivity.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of backend/server-side development experience and a minimum of 2 years of technical management experience. Strong understanding of fundamental data structures and algorithms with a solid technical foundation.
2. Experience in Linux system programming and network programming, with a clear understanding of TCP/IP protocols. Proficient in Golang and capable of independently developing and optimizing backend services.
3. Hands-on experience with distributed backend systems and microservices architecture. Familiar with one or more RPC frameworks (e.g., gRPC) and able to deliver projects in real-world environments.
4. Familiar with open-source technologies such as Redis, MySQL, NGINX, and Docker, with a strong understanding of their underlying principles and practical use cases. Candidates who can apply them flexibly in production environments are preferred.
5. Experience in internet-scale business systems or related technical product development is preferred. Experience in distributed system development is a plus. Experience with overseas multi-user voice chat rooms or live streaming/showcase platforms is highly preferred.
