Are you a good match?

You have a rich experience in luxury retail industry Knowledge on High Jewelry products/Gemmology is preferred.

You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.

You are self-driven, organized and agile.

You are able to build strong collaboration cross-department and with different stake holders

You are fluent in English.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Marketing Manager South East Asia, you will be responsible for the HJ product strategy, supporting the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Retail team. Key role to develop HJ sales in our 4 SEA markets, the Product Manager HJ SEA will be involved in local/regional/international events preparation, and also analyze business trends across the HJ collections to identify needs and propose actions to drive further growth in daily business.

Build HJ Product strategy

• Key role to understand the HJ landscape and build a strategy tailored to our local market specificities
• Collaborate closely with SEA HJ Business development manager/TH HJ Director and the CDM team to develop SEA HJ client journeys and roll-out the HJ strategy
• Comprehensive yearly analysis and regular strategy input required
  
  

Drive HJ Product performance

• Develop HJ product related contents/tools for our local markets and nourish storytelling, working very closely with the SA
• Regular in-store training and co-lead of our local HJ board to develop product knowledge and convey the Maison identity
• Special orders management
• Analysis on monthly sales, SNRs, ongoing performance vs budget, growth vs other APA markets
• Close collaboration with Regional team to convey SEA market potential and promote our markets singularities
  
  

Support daily business

• Monitor the worldwide stock/Treasure list to proactively target HJ creations for local markets CP, identified clients and respond to clients requests in a timely manner
• Support business by ensuring optimal stock through regular rebalancing in our markets
• Overlook logistic operations with the support of the HJ executive/HJ assistant, ensuring timely transfers and operations flows
• Be the referent expert for all HJ topics, including competitive intelligence on other Maisons
