Your Responsibilities

Engineer & Deploy Intelligent Solutions: For your assigned technical components, you will execute the full-lifecycle development of innovative AI/ML solutions. This includes hands-on design, coding, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable intelligent systems, ensuring both technical excellence and profound business relevance for our clients. You will actively implement cutting-edge AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms, embedding fairness, transparency, and privacy considerations into every line of code.

Drive System Scalability & Optimization: You will directly build and optimize scalable AI architectures and core system components, ensuring solutions are highly performant, reliable, and production-ready for long-term operational success.

Deliver Impact Through Technical expertise: You are a DRI for intelligent, impactful client outcomes through your direct technical delivery. You will contribute to a vibrant culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence, living in an "Always Beta" mindset, and demonstrating a learner's curiosity while relentlessly solving complex engineering challenges.

Collaborate for Seamless Integration: You will actively partner with AI Solutions Consultants, other AI engineers, data scientists, and internal teams to translate business challenges into precise technical requirements, implementing solutions that ensure seamless integration and adoption for our clients

You'll translate abstract technical requirements into high-performance, maintainable AI system designs, always considering reliability, security, and future extensibility across the squad's work.
• Cloud-Native AI capability: More than cloud-certified, you are deeply cloud-capable in applied AI engineering. You proficiently leverage and guide your team in utilizing leading cloud AI/ML ecosystems to build, deploy, and manage AI solutions.

Experience & Relevance

• A value-driven AI/ML engineer with 2+ years of experience in building and scaling end-to-end AI engineering and solution delivery.
• Proven track record as a hands-on builder, and lead, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of complex, enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms and solutions. Expert in leveraging Google Cloud's AI/ML ecosystem (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, GKE for MLOps) to deliver highly performant, scalable, and impactful AI transformations.
• Experience in building and optimizing intelligent systems and personally driving the technical execution from conception to scalable deployment.
• Holds a degree (BE/BTech in CS/Engineering) complemented by and advanced degree (MS in CS/Engineering) and Google Cloud certifications.
