About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely. This temporary W2T position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, scalable SaaS platforms that support reseller and channel-partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and developing distributed systems using .NET (C#) and PHP, with a strong focus on microservices architecture, API security, and multi-tenant SaaS solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting secure, usage-based billing systems and hierarchical access control models for white-label platforms. You will collaborate closely with our product and architecture teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs while adhering to best practices in security and system design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with proven expertise in .NET (C#) and PHP development.
• Extensive experience designing microservices-based architectures and distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0 protocols for authentication and authorization services.
• Strong knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS platform architecture, including API security, role-based, and hierarchical access control models.
• Experience implementing usage-based billing mechanisms and modeling reseller/channel-partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with white-label platform architecture and multi-brand environment capabilities.
• Hands-on experience integrating identity providers such as Auth0.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to project management and delivery.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services utilizing .NET (C#) and PHP, ensuring scalability and security.
• Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems aligned with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain secure OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows, including token management and API security controls.
• Create scalable authentication and authorization services supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Design secure, multi-tenant SaaS architectures with capabilities for white-label branding and tiered reseller/channel-partner access.
• Implement hierarchical access control models such as RBAC and ABAC to ensure proper user permissions and data isolation.
• Build usage-based billing systems supporting multi-tier subscription models and real-time usage tracking.
• Collaborate with product teams to define system architecture, scalability, and security best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, security protocols, and emerging technologies relevant to SaaS development.
