What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple development teams within a large program
• Conduct and manage sprint ceremonies, including daily standups and retrospectives
• Facilitate and coach teams in discussing solutions and creating high-quality User Stories
• Support the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the backlog and epics
• Provide risk and dependency management and reporting across multiple teams
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum four years of experience as a project manager and at least two years as a Scrum Master
• Minimum one year of experience in developing code, testing, or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, especially in government settings
• Familiarity with multiple agile approaches and the ability to adapt to organizational needs
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other Agile collaboration tools
• Active certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
