· Manage and resolve incoming service requests within agreed SLAs.
· Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and application issues efficiently.
· Administer user accounts, access controls, and security permissions.
· Oversee ticket handling, escalation, and proper closure documentation.
· Monitor system performance and perform updates and maintenance.
· Collaborate with support teams while maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
Requirements
· Must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
· Must have at least 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
· Must have experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Maximo, Remedy)
· Multilingual language skills, with native proficiency in English, and French.
· Expert knowledge and experience of utility software applications experience of ITIL principles.
· Strong communication skills, able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team as well as technical skills
