We have an urgent requirement for Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect – Banking Domain - end-to-end enterprise CRM implementations is required for our banking clients in Oman

  • Strong experience in 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is THE Must
  • Strong experience architecture experience (Sales/Service/Marketing, Dataverse, plugins, security model) is MUST
  • Strong Banking domain is MUST
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs, Dynamics Web APIs, and integrations with core banking/ESB systems the MUST
  • Strong experience in Led end-to-end enterprise CRM implementations, managed development teams the MUST

Job Summary

The CRM – Technical Lead will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring scalability, security, integration robustness, and alignment with banking business objectives while maintaining governance, compliance, and high availability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and define the overall technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer 360).
  • Lead solution design, customization, and extension of D365 CRM platform.
  • Design and govern integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Dynamics Web APIs, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) middleware.
  • Architect and oversee secure integrations with core banking systems and third-party platforms.
  • Lead data migration strategy, data quality governance, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Define and implement security roles, field-level security, and compliance controls aligned with banking regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM developers and technical teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices and DevOps standards.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Define release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance.
  • Establish testing strategy (unit testing, SIT, UAT support).
  • Manage production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure documentation standards, audit readiness, and adherence to IT governance policies.

Experience Requirements (Mandatory)

  • 12–15 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise CRM implementations (preferably in Banking/Financial Services).
