Senior Product Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous product discovery and strategy:
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify high-value problems and validate solutions
• Define and maintain a structured discovery process that blends traditional techniques with AI-assisted insight synthesis, sentiment analysis, and opportunity mapping
• Shape a clear, outcomes-oriented product roadmap that balances strategic goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
• Use AI-driven analytics and forecasting tools to refine prioritisation and scenario planning
• Drive cross-functional collaboration:
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to explore new ways automation, prediction, or generative experiences can enhance the product
• Translate complex concepts—technical or AI-related—into actionable plans and shared understanding
• Ensure transparency between discovery, delivery, and performance through well-structured documentation and storytelling
• Master execution and outcome-driven delivery:
• Apply a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC to deliver consistently and efficiently
• Use AI-enabled tools (e.g., for workflow optimisation, prioritisation, or release analysis) to streamline delivery and decision-making
• Define clear success metrics and track impact using both product analytics and business KPIs
• Anticipate risks and blockers early, leveraging predictive or automated insights where possible
• Champion an outcomes-over-outputs mindset—focusing teams on measurable user and business impact
• Leverage advanced communication and leadership skills:
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Lead discussions with senior stakeholders and clients, presenting evidence-based recommendations and results
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a strong, scalable product management culture
• Use compelling storytelling and well-designed visuals (enhanced with AI-supported presentation tools) to drive alignment and influence

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in technology-driven or AI-adjacent environments
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles—from discovery to launch and iteration
• Experience applying data-driven and AI-assisted approaches in product discovery, experimentation, or performance analysis
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; comfortable interpreting data and communicating insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across distributed teams
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tooling (e.g., Jira, Miro, Figma, or AI-integrated equivalents)
• Curiosity and literacy in emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, n8n, Builder.io) and how they can augment product workflows
